This wrench is designed to fit the wider Watts handles on the 3/4" and 1" backflows that the other small handle will not fit.
It also seems to work on the Ames/Watts Colt 2 1/2" - 4" series that has a ball valve.
Tool does not include the ratchet as seen in the image.
